Sponsorship Opportunities

The Big Butler fair is not only considered by many to be the best fair in the country, it is also the largest fair in Western, PA. We are proud to be a symbol of American family values and what our country stands for. Year after year, families from all over Pennsylvania, Ohio, New York and West Virginia come the the fair to enjoy the embodiment of the American dream.

Each year over 100,000 people attend the Big Butler Fair. As a sponsor of the Big Butler Fair your company will receive recognition in helping offset the cost of running the largest fair in Western Pennsylvania as well as high visibility of your logo across the fairgrounds.

Varying levels of sponsorships are available ranging from booth space to corporate level sponsorships that include strategic ad placement on radio, TV, newspapers and/or your signage around the fairgrounds.

While all sponsorships are custom to fit your company's needs and budgets, below are sample sponsorships that have been purchased in the past.  Please inquire within for pricing and alternate options. 

Tier 1 "The Pony":  Includes booth space, table, 2 chairs, signage at booth location, electricity

Tier 2 "The Ferris Wheel":  Includes booth space, table, 2 chairs, signage at booth location, electricity, signage around fairgrounds, announcements of sponsorship during a specified event to fit your needs  

Tier 3 "The Monster Truck":   Includes booth space, table, 2 chairs, signage at booth location, electricity, signage around fairgrounds, announcements of sponsorship during a specified Fair event to fit your needs, advertising campaign to promote your booth & sponsorship (can include billboards, TV, radio, print and/or Internet advertising)

Tier 4 "The Big Ticket":  Includes booth space, table, 2 chairs, signage at booth location, electricity, extensive signage around fairgrounds, announcements of sponsorship during a specified Fair main event to fit your needs, market research to determine where & when to advertise, advertising campaign to promote your booth & sponsorship (can include billboards, TV, radio, print and/or Internet advertising), association with all paid advertising incurred by the Fair, logo inclusion on all Fair advertising, logo inclusion on Big Butler Fairgrounds sign at entrance of fairgrounds
