The Big Butler Fair is continuously looking for new vendors for the largest agricultural fair in Western Pennsylvania. If you are interested in being a vendor at the Big Butler Fair or have any questions with regards to concession rentals, vendor fees, vendor rules and rental agreements, please contact our Concessions & Vendor Manager, Larry Hays.

The Concessions Committee must approve all new vendors and items being sold on the fairgrounds. The Concessions Committee and Board of Directors reserve the right to deny any vendor applications.
